Intelligent Electric Drop-out Fuses
Intelligent electric drop-out fuses are core protective electrical appliances in 12kV and below outdoor power distribution systems. Installed on the high-voltage side of the distribution transformer or at line branch points, they possess three core functions: short-circuit/overload protection, visible isolation, and no-load switching. Due to their simple structure, low cost, and convenient maintenance, they are widely used in 12kV distribution networks.
Electric drop-out fuses (also known as intelligent/remote-controlled drop-out fuses) are an intelligent upgrade of traditional drop-out fuses. While retaining core functions such as short-circuit/overload protection and a visible disconnect point, they add capabilities such as electric drive, remote control, and status monitoring. This completely solves the pain point of traditional products requiring manual pole climbing, significantly improving the automation and operation and maintenance efficiency of the power distribution network.

Products Installation Methods
1. Line-type Installation: Installed on 10kV line poles to protect lines, insulators, pole-mounted switches, etc.
2. Transformer-side Installation: Installed on the high-voltage side of the distribution transformer, generally close to the transformer, to protect the transformer insulation.

1.Pioneering "electric operation + fuse protection" dual-mode mechanism, supporting remote/local/automatic control modes. The electric operating mechanism has a response time ≤0.3 seconds and an operating torque accuracy of ±2%.
2. Remotely and dynamically monitors the fuse's opening and closing status, uploading equipment information in real time.
3. Supports three-phase synchronous opening and closing, one-button sequential control, and customized safe operation.
4. Configurable multi-dimensional sensor data acquisition support, including current (≤0.5S accuracy), equipment temperature (±1℃), fuse drop status (50Hz sampling), and equipment power.
5. Supports local wireless maintenance and wireless program upgrades via RS485 communication with the distribution area's integrated terminal/remote communication module.
6. In-situ replacement design, compatible with traditional fuse brackets and traditional fuse carrier replacement installation.
7. Secondary equipment has its own battery (backup power supply), supporting 72 hours of standby use and ensuring normal communication during power outages.
