CJT1 Series AC Contactor

 CJT1 series AC contactor is a core electromagnetic control device in low-voltage power systems. Designed for remote switching of AC circuits and motor control, it offers high stability and durability. Its primary functions include frequently starting and stopping motors and managing lighting circuits. It supports controlling high-current loads with low currents, enhancing operational safety.

CJT1 series AC contactor is mainly used in AC 50Hz or 60Hz power lines with rated working voltage up to 380V and rated working current range covering 10A to 150A.

1. Remote connection and disconnection of circuits: It can realize remote control of circuit connection and disconnection in power system.

2. Motor control and protection: it can be combined with thermal relay or electronic protection device to form motor starter and provide protection for circuits that may be overloaded (especially AC motors).

a. Contact system: adopting new copper-based silverless alloy material, with strong oxidation resistance, stable low contact resistance, excellent anti-melting welding and abrasion resistance, which ensures the performance and reduces the cost of precious metal at the same time.

b. Electromagnetic system: 10-40A model adopts highly efficient double-breakpoint direct-acting structure, 60-150A model combines double-breakpoint direct-acting contact and lever turning electromagnetic system to enhance the reliability of operation.

2. Excellent arc extinguishing performance

20-40A models are equipped with U-shaped arc extinguishing plate and phenolic plastic arc extinguishing cover; 60-150A models adopt DMC arc-resistant plastic arc extinguishing cover with longitudinal and transverse grids arranged in a staggered manner, which significantly enhances the arc breaking capacity and ensures safe operation.

3. Long life and high reliability

a. Mechanical life of millions of times, electrical life of hundreds of thousands of times under the use of AC-3 category, to support frequent start-stop operation (such as AC-3 load operating frequency of 600 times / hour).

b. Stable action characteristics: Suction voltage range of 85%-110% of rated voltage, release voltage as low as 20%-75%, adapt to power grid fluctuations.

4. Wide compatibility and standardization

a. Covering 10A to 150A current range, supporting AC 50Hz/60Hz, rated voltage 380V power system, can directly replace the old CJ10 series products.

b. Conforms to international and domestic standards such as IEC 60947-4-1, GB 14048.4 and JB/T 8730, etc. It can be seamlessly combined with thermal relays or electronic protection devices to form motor starters and provide overload protection.
