At the customer's request, the goods had to be delivered to the warehouse by January 12th. We expedited the packaging and shipping process, ensuring they were delivered by January 11th. Otherwise, we would have had to wait for the next shipment, adding another week to the waiting period.

Products Introduction
The ZN85B-40.5 indoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor high-voltage switchgear used for three-phase AC 50/60Hz with a rated voltage of 40.5kV. It is suitable for switching various types of loads and frequent operation occasions. Under normal operating conditions and within the technical parameters of the vacuum circuit breaker, the ZN85 vacuum circuit breaker can meet various operations of the power grid under normal or fault conditions, including closing and opening short-circuit current.

Manufacture of the vacuum Circuit Breaker
The manufacture of the vacuum circuit breaker complies with the standards and specifications consistent with GB and IEC relevant publications:
GB/T11022, IEC60694, "Common Technical Conditions for High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Standards"
GB1984 and IEC 62271-100, "High-Voltage AC Circuit Breakers"

In accordance with the provisions of GB/T11022 "Common Technical Conditions for High-Voltage Switchgear and Controlgear Standards" and IEC60694, the limit values of the normal operating conditions of the vacuum circuit breaker are listed below:
- Ambient air temperature:

Average value measured within 24 hours: not exceeding +35℃
Minimum value (indoor class -15): -15℃
- Humidity:
Average relative humidity measured within 24 hours: not exceeding 95%
Average water vapor pressure measured within 24 hours: 2.2kPa
Average relative humidity measured within 1 month: not exceeding 90%
Average water vapor pressure measured within 1 month: not exceeding 1.8kPa
- Altitude of installation site: not exceeding 1000m
- Seismic intensity: not exceeding 8degrees
Transportation and Storage
- Delivery Conditions
The vacuum circuit breaker assembled in the factory undergo a completeness inspection before leaving the factory, and factory tests are carried out in accordance with GB1984, IEC 62271-100 and GB/T11022, IEC60694 to verify the correctness of their structure and functions.
- Packaging
The vacuum circuit breaker shall be packaged in the opening position with the energy storage spring not stored. First, it is sealed with a plastic bag or aluminum foil bag (for sea transportation) with an appropriate amount of desiccant inside, then fixed on a wooden base plate, and finally packaged with plywood.
- Transportation
The circuit breaker shall be cranked into or out of the switch cabinet using the drive mechanism on the crossbeam 11.2 of the circuit breaker handcart. Do not apply external force to the panel 10.2.
The lifting equipment shall not be hooked on the circuit breaker body or operating mechanism, but on the lifting holes marked with lifting signs on the circuit breaker.
Due to the high center of gravity of the circuit breaker, care should be taken not to tip it over during transportation and when removing it from the switch cabinet.
- Delivery
Upon receiving the switchgear on-site, the receiving party shall perform the following work:
Check whether the goods are intact and undamaged (such as moisture and other adverse effects).
If any shortage, defect or other problems are found during transportation:
Truthfully indicate on the shipping list;
Take photos of the severely damaged goods and promptly notify the supplier.

Maintenance
Maintenance work is used to maintain the trouble-free operation of the switchgear and obtain the longest service life. Maintenance work consists of the following closely related parts:
- Inspection: depending on the actual use conditions;
- Maintenance: measures to maintain the specific working conditions of the equipment;
- Overhaul: measures to restore the specific working conditions of the equipment.
Replace vacuum circuit breaker parts and accessories.
The replacement of vacuum circuit breaker parts and accessories can only be carried out when the vacuum circuit breaker is opened, the work site is de-energized and earthed. During the overhaul, the spring energy storage operating mechanism must release all energy.
All auxiliary power supplies should be cut off to ensure that there is no risk of re-energization during replacement and assembly work.
