Industry consensus suggests that the two technologies will follow a complementary pattern in the future: solid-state switches will expand their presence in niche scenarios such as power quality and data centers, while vacuum circuit breakers-relying on their reliability, cost advantages, and full-lifecycle experience-will remain the indispensable mainstream equipment in power generation, transmission, and primary distribution networks.
