Flexible operation
Mainly include increasing the contact surface between the contact copper bar and the static contact copper bar, and facilitating the adjustment of the trolley. Its structure is simple and compact, which is conducive to flexible operation.
The design of duckbill contact is to set a mounting hole at the front end of the trolley contact arm, and set two contact copper bars on the upper and lower sides of the mounting hole. A contact fixing pad is also set on the outside of one of the contact copper bars, and a first butterfly compression spring is arranged between the pad and the copper bar. In addition, the first fastening bolt is fastened by the first nut, and a second butterfly compression spring is arranged between the nut and the contact copper bar. A support sleeve is also arranged between the two contact copper bars, and the second fastening bolt is fastened by the second nut. Similarly, a second butterfly compression spring is arranged between the second nut and the contact copper bar. This structure not only increases the contact surface between the contact copper bar and the static contact copper bar, thereby improving the conductivity and thermal conductivity efficiency, but also facilitates the adjustment of the position of the handcart, making the entire operation process simpler and faster.
