CT-58 Control Cable Assembly is assembled from 50-position terminals, elbows, hoses, wiring harnesses, terminals, auxiliary switches, micro switches and other electrical components; it is mainly used for secondary wiring of circuit breakers.

1. Number of conductors: 58 (including control, signal, interlock, heating, energy storage, and switching circuits).

2. Conductors: Multi-strand copper wire, cross-sectional area 0.75/1/1.5/2.5 mm², suitable for low-voltage control circuits.

3. Insulation / Shielding: XLPE/PVC insulation + copper mesh shielding, resistant to electromagnetic interference (suitable for strong electromagnetic fields in substations).

4. Connectors: Pre-terminated 58-conductor aviation connectors at both ends (quick plug-and-play, anti-misinsertion).

5. Assembly: Factory-pre-terminated and tested, supplied as a complete set, ready for plug-and-play installation on-site.
