1. Products Description

 

LTZ-40.5 indoor SF6 circuit breaker is an indoor device used in AC 50Hz three-phase power system. It can be used in industrial and mining enterprises, power plants and substations for the control and protection of electrical equipment, and can be used in places where frequent operation is required, and can be used as a liaison circuit breaker and suitable for capacitor bank circuit breaker, and is a more ideal oil-free circuit breaker in the power system.

4. Main features of the product

 

  • Strong breaking capacity: SF6 circuit breaker completes arc blowing by blowing out SF6 gas, its arc blowing speed is fast, arc burning time is short, and the breaking current is large, which can effectively protect the safety of medium and high voltage circuits. Just opening, just closing the speed refers to just after the split and just before the average speed of 0.01s, the measurement of just split, just close the point of 17mm away from the position of the closing gate. Measurement of just split, just close the speed available oscilloscope, digital display and electromagnetic oscillator, when using 100Hz electromagnetic oscillator (power supply frequency of 50Hz) measurement, speed calculation method is as following:

6. interrupting system:

This circuit breaker arc extinguishing chamber applies the principle of longitudinal blowing and rotating arc extinguishing comprehensively and is supplemented by a small amount of pressure gas principle arc extinguishing. Therefore, it has very good arc extinguishing performance. When breaking, the movable contact moves downward, and the arc arcs between the arc contact fingers of the movable and static contacts, and then the arcs are transferred from the arc contact fingers to the ring electrode, and then the arc current flows through the ring electrode to generate a magnetic field through the coil, and the interaction between the magnetic field and the arc current causes the arc to rotate, and at the same time heats up the gas, and the pressure rises, and forms a gas flow in the nozzle, which cools down the arc, and it is extinguished when the current passes through zero. When breaking small current, due to the arc generated by the lower gas pressure, so in the moving contacts on the addition of a small help blowing device, the pressure generated by it, elevated blowing arc pressure. Therefore, when breaking the size of the current, there is a shorter arc time, and because the arc root rotates on the contacts, so the burn damage is slight, so that the circuit breaker has a long electric life, and make the sulfur hexafluoride gas at zero gauge pressure, the fracture can withstand the highest line voltage between 5min.

7.Installation, commissioning and maintenance

The external dimensions and installation dimensions of the circuit breaker are shown in the attached drawing. The external surface of the circuit breaker should be cleaned up before installation. Various parameters and dimensions of the circuit breaker have been adjusted before leaving the factory, and the circuit breaker only needs to be inflated to the rated gauge pressure of 0.65MPa (20℃) without disassembling when installing. The SF6 circuit breaker should ensure good grounding. Check whether the fasteners are loose, if so, they should be tightened before inflation.
