GCS low voltage withdrawable switchgear is suitable for power plants, petrochemical industry, metallurgy, textile, high-rise building power supply and other industries. Conditions of use

Normal conditions of use

The ambient air temperature does not exceed +40 °C, does not fall below -5 °C, and the average temperature over a 24-hour period is not higher than +35 °C;
Atmospheric conditions: The air is clean and the relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +40°C. At lower temperatures higher humidity is permitted, e.g. 90% at +20°C, but condensation due to temperature changes is permitted;
Altitude of no more than 2000 meters above sea level.

Special conditions of use

If some electrical components used in the device can not meet the above working conditions, the factory and the user to negotiate a solution;
When the conditions of use of the device are different from the normal conditions of use, the user will negotiate with our factory to solve the problem.

Structural characteristics

The main frame is made of 8MF open-ended steel profiles, cold-formed from 2.5mm cold plate, with mounting holes of Φ9.2mm with modules of 40mm, 20mm and 100mm on both sides of the profiles.
The main frame is of two types, fully modular and partially (side frames and beams) welded.
The device multifunctional room is strictly separated, and its compartments are mainly divided into functional unit room, bus room, cable room, and the role of each unit is relatively independent.
Horizontal busbars are arranged flat behind the frame to increase the resistance of the busbars to the electromotive force generated by the bending short-circuit current.
The cable spacing is up and down in and out.
One drawer for one functional unit.
The drawers are divided into four size series: one-half unit, one unit, two units, and three units, with a rated circuit current of 400A or less.
The dimensions of the drawers change in height, but not in width or depth, and the drawers of the functional units are interchangeable.
Each side of the unit is capable of installing 11 one-unit drawers or 22 one-half unit drawers.
Drawer inlet and outlet wires use different number of pieces of the same specification piece structure of the connector according to the current size.
The 1/2 unit drawer to cable compartment adapter utilizes a structural back panel type adapter.
The connection between the unit drawer and the cable compartment is made by means of bar-type adapters of different sizes according to the current class, or by means of a rear exit.
Unit drawers are clearly marked with the positions of split, close, test and withdrawal.
The drawer unit is equipped with a mechanical interlocking device.
