GGD AC Low Voltage Distribution Cabinet is commonly used in power plants, substations, factories, mines and other power users' AC 50HZ, rated working voltage 380V, rated working current up to 4000A distribution system, as power, lighting and distribution equipment power conversion, distribution and control.

GGD AC low-voltage distribution cabinet complies with IEC493 "Low-voltage complete switchgear and control equipment", GB7251 "Low-voltage complete switchgear" and other standards.

Conditions of use

1. The ambient air temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours shall not be higher than +35℃. 2.2 For indoor installation, the altitude of the use location shall not exceed 2000M.

2.The relative humidity of the ambient air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is +40℃. A higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (for example, 90% at +20℃). The influence of condensation may occur occasionally due to temperature changes should be taken into account.

3.The inclination of the equipment from the vertical street surface shall not exceed 5% when it is installed.

4. The equipment should be installed in places without severe vibration and in places where electrical components are not corroded.

5. When users have special requirements, they can negotiate with the manufacturer to resolve them.

High universal coefficient

Avoid the chordal effect

The cabinet body is sprayed on the surface. The overall matte color avoids the string effect and creates a more comfortable visual environment for the on-duty personnel.

The cabinet door is connected to the cabinet frame with a rotating shaft hinge, which is easy to install and disassemble. A mountain-shaped plastic strip is embedded in the folding edge of the door. When the door is opened, the strip between the door and the cabinet frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent the door from directly colliding with the cabinet body and also improve the protection level of the door.

The instrument door with electrical components is connected to the cabinet frame with multi-strand copper wire. The mounting parts in the cabinet are connected to the cabinet frame with flower screws, and the whole cabinet constitutes a complete grounding protection circuit.

The top cover of the cabinet can be removed when necessary, which is convenient for the assembly and adjustment of the main busbar on site. The four corners of the cabinet top are equipped with lifting rings for lifting and shipping.

The protection level of the cabinet is IP30.

Products Installation

When installing the product, the foundation channel steel and bolts shall be provided by the user. When installing the main bus-bar, the overlap surface shall be repaired and leveled, cleaned, coated with neutral vaseline or other measures, and then fastened with bolts.

After the product is installed, the following items shall be inspected and tested before it is put into operation.

1. Check whether the cabinet paint has fallen off and whether the cabinet is dry and clean.

2.Whether the operating mechanism of the electrical components is flexible, and there should be no jamming or excessive operating force.

3. Whether the switching on and off of the main electrical appliances is reliable and accurate. Whether the switching on and off of the auxiliary contacts is reliable and accurate.

4.The ratio and polarity of the instrument indication and the transformer are correct.

5. Whether the busbar connection is good, and whether the insulating support, mounting parts and accessories are installed firmly and reliably.

6. Whether the auxiliary contacts meet the requirements, whether the fuse core specifications of the fuse are correct, whether the setting value of the relay meets the design requirements, and whether the action is accurate.
