MNS Low Voltage withdrawable Switchgear
Products Description
MNS low voltage withdrawable switchgear is a kind of factory-assembled combined low-voltage switchgear (hereinafter referred to as the device) with standard mould parts, which is suitable for power supply systems with AC 50~60Hz and rated working voltage 660V or below, and is used for power generation, transmission, distribution, power conversion and control of power consumption equipment.
The device complies with IEC439, VDE660 part 5 and GB7251-2013 'Low-voltage Switchgear' or JB/T9661-1999 'Low-voltage Withdrawable Switchgear' and other standards.
Conditions of use
MNS low voltage withdrawable switchgear normal conditions of use:
- Environmental temperature:+40°C to -5°C, and its average temperature is not higher than +35°C within 24h.

Altitude: 2000m.

Relative air humidity: not more than 50 per cent at a maximum temperature of +40°C.
Higher relative humidity is permissible at lower temperatures, e.g. 90 per cent at +20°C, but temperature variations should be taken into account and moderate condensation may occasionally occur.
The device is suitable for transport and storage processes at temperatures between -25°C and +55°C, and for short periods of time (not exceeding 24h) up to +70°C. The device should not suffer any irreversible damage at these extreme temperatures and should function properly under normal conditions.
If the above conditions of use cannot be met, they should be resolved by consultation between the user and the manufacturer.
When this device is used on offshore oil drilling platforms and nuclear power plants, a separate technical agreement should be signed.

The MCC is assembled by large and small drawers, and the main switch of each circuit adopts high interrupting moulded case circuit breaker or rotary type load switch with fuse.

Cabinet Structure
The basic structure of the switchgear cabinet is composed of c-profile assemblies. c-profiles are bent from steel plates with modular mounting holes of E=25mm. All cabinet frames and inner partitions are galvanised and passivated, while the surrounding doors and side panels are spray-coated.
The basic dimensions of the cabinet are shown in Tables 1 and 2:
