The steps of the test after the commissioning of the vacuum circuit breaker mainly include the following key links to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipment:
1. Insulation resistance test
Preparation before the test
Check the state of the megohmmeter to ensure that the ground terminal is correctly connected to the test product.
The vacuum circuit breaker must be in the open state, the ground wire is connected to the E terminal, and the port leads are short-circuited and grounded respectively.
Measurement operation
Select a 2500V megohmmeter to measure the insulation resistance between the main circuit poles and the control circuit to the ground, and record the 15s and 60s data.
After the test, it is necessary to fully discharge and shut down.
2. Vacuum detection
Equipment preparation
Ensure that the vacuum circuit breaker is insulated from the outside, clean and dry, and the opening distance meets the requirements.
Use a special vacuum tester. When connecting, pay attention to the correspondence between the high-voltage line and the yellow-green test line.
Test execution
First check for leakage to determine whether there is leakage, and measure the vacuum degree after passing the test (standard: factory>1.33×10⁻³ Pa, regular inspection is still required after commissioning).
After the test, discharge and disconnect.
3. Conductive circuit resistance test
Wiring requirements
When closing, the voltage line is connected to the inside and the current line is connected to the outside; the DC voltage drop method current must be ≥100A.
Measurement standard
The resistance value must comply with the manufacturer's regulations, and the discharge after the test must be ≥3000MΩ (20℃).
4. Opening and closing time test
Equipment connection
Connect the vacuum circuit breaker characteristic tester to the secondary control line and the primary break lead to the time channel.
Parameter recording
Measure the closing bounce time, opening and closing time and synchronization, and the three-phase difference must be controlled within the specified range.
5. Withstand voltage test
Power frequency withstand voltage
Apply 42kV power frequency withstand voltage to the three-phase arc extinguishing chamber for 1 minute to detect whether the vacuum degree meets the standard (standard ≥38kV).
Abnormal handling
If the withstand voltage is unqualified, the arc extinguishing chamber must be immediately deactivated and replaced.
6. Other inspections
Mechanical status: Check the contact overtravel (≥3+10mm), opening distance (≥12+1mm) and operating mechanism flexibility.
Environmental monitoring: After commissioning, the equipment operating environment needs to be checked regularly to avoid moisture, vibration and other factors that affect the insulation performance.

Summary:
After commissioning, the test needs to be carried out in the order of insulation resistance, vacuum, conductive circuit resistance, opening and closing time, and withstand voltage test to ensure that all key parameters meet the standards. If any abnormality is found, it should be handled and recorded in time to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
