XDTZ 35kV Photovoltaic Project Vacuum Circuit Breakers Successfully Delivered, Soon to be Shipped Overseas
Recently, XDTZ successfully delivered its ZN85-40.5 indoor high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers, supplied for a large-scale overseas photovoltaic power station project, after completing all production and factory testing. The circuit breakers are ready for packaging and shipment.
This project is a key local new energy project, imposing stringent requirements on equipment reliability, environmental adaptability, and delivery time.
Based on the frequent operation and complex environment of photovoltaic power stations, the XDTZ technical team tailored the ZN85-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker for the client.
This model boasts a mechanical life of up to 10,000 cycles and excellent insulation performance, fully meeting the photovoltaic power station's requirements for "high reliability and maintenance-free" switching equipment.
To ensure the overall project schedule, XDTZ's production department worked overtime, strictly controlling quality throughout the entire process from raw material intake to complete assembly.
All products passed factory tests, including power frequency withstand voltage, lightning impulse, and loop resistance, with all performance indicators exceeding standard requirements. Currently,
this batch of vacuum circuit breakers has completed its moisture-proof and shock-proof packaging and is about to be loaded onto trucks and shipped to the port for delivery to overseas project sites.
