Let me introduce our DPC series chassis truck.
Overview
The chassis truck is mainly used for mounting circuit breakers, current transformers and other components in draw-out switchgear. It pushes and pulls out these components, serving as an auxiliary operation for connecting the components to the busbar.
When the chassis truck works with the internal mechanism of the circuit breaker and other interlocking mechanisms of the middle-mounted cabinet,
it can meet the "five-prevention" interlocking requirements specified in GB3906. The specific functions are as follows:

Operation
Push the chassis truck into the switchgear cabinet or place it on the inspection platform,and check whether the chassis truck is normal according to the following steps:
At the test position, pull the left and right handles simultaneously;the tongue plate should expand and contract freely without jamming.
After turning the handle one full circle, the left and right handlescannot be pulled.
At the test position, turn the handle half a circle; the lock plateshould lift freely, and the normally open and normally closed contacts of the auxiliary switch at the test position (S8) should switch reliably. Continue turning the handle to move the frame forward 200mm to the working position; the lock plate should be pressed down smoothly, and the normally open and normally closed contacts of the auxiliary switch at the working position (S9) should switch reliably.
Maintenance
After unpacking, check the accessories and relevant documents according to the packing list, and inspect whether the chassis truck is damaged during transportation. After confirming it is intact, apply industrial petrolatum or calcium-based grease to all friction transmission parts. During the maintenance of the switchgear cabinet, also inspect the manual type VTZ chassis truck, and clean and lubricate it to ensure the chassis truck is in good condition
