It is three-phase AC,50Hz indoor power distribution equipment with the voltage of 24kv. It an be used for protecting and controlling equipments in the fields of power supply and distribution system such as substation and industrial and mining industry etc. vacuum circuit breaker has taken into consideration of reliable interlock function which can be frequently operated at the rated current and with the capability of many times operations of breakering short-circuit current and fault current. This series of vacuum circuit breaker is an integrated unit by adopting the front and rear arrangement between operating mechanism and vacuum interrupters. It can be used for fixed installation unit and also can be used for independent track by equipped with Chassis.
Product Standard: Vacuum circuit breaker conforms to national standard GB1984-2003 HV Vacuum Circuit Breaker, JB3855-1996 3.6~40.5kv indoor AC high voltage vacuum circuit breaker, DL/T403-2000 Order technical condition of 12kV~40.5kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker and some stipulation of IEC62271-100:2001 HV AC Vacuum Circuit Breaker.

- Special applying ambient
According to the national standard GB/T11022-1999 HV switchgear and control equipment standard common technical requirement regulations. The vacuum circuit breaker should be run under normal conditions. If the customer is used for working conditions different from applying conditions, such as: the height above sea level of installation location more than 1000m, ambient air temperature more than normal use conditions prescribed limits or high humidity to condensation, should negotiate with the manufacturer.
Installation and commissioning
When the vacuum circuit breaker is hanged out of the packing box, the hook shall hang the hanging hole which has clear mark on the VCB, when moved, the arms of upper and lower terminals cannot bear any force, and shall not make the VCB withstand strong impact or librations.
Note: Before circuit breaker installed into switchgear, please remove all the hanging device as per the requirements.
The circuit breaker has been inspected strictly by our quality control department before delivery. All parameters are accordance with technical requirements. Following preparation should be made before get though primary circuit.
