Recently, a substantial batch of VS1-12 high-voltage vacuum circuit breakers successfully completed final assembly at the company's smart factory and has officially entered the critical pre-shipment preparation phase. These products will soon undergo comprehensive testing in strict accordance with quality inspection procedures to ensure that every unit is delivered to customers in a "zero-defect" condition.
In the production workshop, rows of brand-new VS1-12 circuit breakers are neatly arranged, "lined up" in front of the testing area, ready to undergo factory testing one by one. Each circuit breaker must pass a full suite of tests, including mechanical characteristics, loop resistance, insulation performance, and power frequency withstand voltage. Only after all indicators meet the standards can the units proceed to cleaning, packaging, and shipment."Quality is the lifeline of our products. We adhere to the principle of 'no testing, no packaging; no passing, no shipment,' " explained the production quality manager. Each VS1-12 circuit breaker is accompanied by a dedicated test report before packaging, ensuring that its performance meets design standards and customer requirements upon leaving the factory.
Currently, this batch of products has completed preliminary assembly and visual inspection and is proceeding through the automated test line one by one as scheduled. All testing and packaging are expected to be completed shortly, after which the products will be shipped to multiple key project sites both domestically and internationally according to order schedules.
