The ZN85B-40.5 indoor high-voltage AC vacuum circuit breaker is an indoor high-voltage switchgear used for three-phase AC 50/60Hz with a rated voltage of 40.5kV. It is suitable for switching various types of loads and frequent operation occasions. Under normal operating conditions and within the technical parameters of the vacuum circuit breaker, the ZN85 vacuum circuit breaker can meet various operations of the power grid under normal or fault conditions, including closing and opening short-circuit current.

Structure of the Circuit Breaker Pole
The ZN85B-40.5 vacuum circuit breaker is designed as a drawout type.
The vacuum circuit breaker poles are vertically installed on the operating mechanism housing with rollers. The conductive parts of the main circuit of the circuit breaker are integrally cast in epoxy resin poles, protecting the vacuum interrupter from environmental influences and mechanical external forces.
Structure of the Vacuum Interrupter
The vacuum interrupter is the core component of the circuit breaker to carry, close and open current. The ZN85B circuit breaker is mainly equipped with imported vacuum interrupters. The contacts of the vacuum interrupter have low electrical wear rate, long electrical life, high voltage withstand level, stable dielectric insulation strength, rapid post-arc recovery, low current chopping, and strong breaking capacity. It has sufficient arc extinguishing capacity and extremely long operating life.
Maintenance
Replace vacuum circuit breaker parts and accessories.
The replacement of vacuum circuit breaker parts and accessories can only be carried out when the vacuum circuit breaker is opened, the work site is de-energized and earthed. During the overhaul, the spring energy storage operating mechanism must release all energy.
All auxiliary power supplies should be cut off to ensure that there is no risk of re-energization during replacement and assembly work.
