Perfect five-protection interlocking:

a. When the circuit breaker and the grounding switch are in the open position, the trolley can move from the test/isolation position to the operating position. In this open state, reverse movement is also possible (mechanical interlocking).

b. The circuit breaker can only be closed when the trolley is completely in the test or operating position (mechanical and electrical interlocking).

c. When the trolley is in the test or operating position and there is no control voltage, the circuit breaker cannot be closed and can only be opened manually (electrical interlocking).

d. When the trolley is in the operating position, the control line plug is locked and cannot be pulled out.

e. The grounding switch can only be closed when the trolley is in the test/isolation position or removed (mechanical interlocking).

f. When the earthing switch is closed, the trolley cannot be moved from the test/isolation position to the operating position (mechanical interlocking).

g. Additional interlocking devices, such as locking electromagnets, can be installed on the trolley and/or the earthing switch operating mechanism.
