Firstly, compressed air

Before operating the vacuum circuit breaker, it is first necessary to pressurize its internal. Pressurization should ensure that no one in the operating room, normal ventilation, the operator wears insulated gloves, insulated boots and helmets and other protective equipment.

Secondly, Check

After the vacuum circuit breaker pressure gas is completed, a series of checks need to be carried out. Including checking whether the oxygen content in the vacuum meets the standard, and checking whether there are foreign objects or damage inside the circuit breaker.

Thirdly, operation

Operation of the vacuum circuit breaker needs to be carried out in accordance with certain steps. Specifically as follows:

1. open the vacuum circuit breaker operating mechanism, put the circuit breaker in the "off" state. 2. wait until the circuit breaker is completely disconnected;

2. wait for the circuit breaker is completely disconnected, confirm that the current is zero, press the "off" button. 3;

3. wait for the closing of the circuit breaker, after successful closing, check again whether the relevant indicator light is normal. 4. confirm that the closing ring is in place, and then press the "Close" button;

4. Confirm that the closing ring is returned to its position, and make sure that the circuit breaker has been fully restored to the normal state.

Fourth, restoration

After the operation is completed, the vacuum circuit breaker needs to be restored. Specific steps are as follows:

1. turn the circuit breaker to "inflatable" state. 2. wait for the compression system to be fully inflated;

2. wait for the compression system to be fully inflated, and record the reading of the pressure gauge. 3. wait for about 5 minutes, and then wait again;

3. wait approximately 5 minutes, recheck the gauge readings and record them;

4. Turn the circuit breaker back to "OPERATE".
