Product Introduction

GW4-40.5 Outdoor High Voltage Isolating Switch is a 3-phase AC high-voltage electrical appliance,used in the voltage 40.5 power system for high-voltage lines in the no-load changeover, as well as the high-voltage busbar under repair, circuit breakers and other electrical equipment and charged high-voltage lines between with the electrical isolation.

Product Structure

GW4-40.5 Outdoor High Voltage Isolating Switch is a double-pillar horizontal rotation. Including 3 single pole, each pole is a double column structure, mainly composed of base, pillar insulator, each pole consists of 2 insulators, respectively, mounted on the two ends of the bearing seat, connected by cross linkage, can be rotated horizontally within the range of 90 °, the conductive part is divided into two halves, respectively, fixed to the insulator pillars, the contact contact in the middle of the two ceramic pillars. When the mechanism operates, one of the column insulators is driven to rotate 90°, the other insulating column is also rotated 90° at the same time due to the connecting rod drive, and the gate knives will be divided and closed to the same side. In order to ensure the correct sequence of operation between the disconnecting switch and the earthing switch, reliable mechanical and electrical interlocking devices have been added to the product and the mechanism.
