Manual Type VTZ Chassis Truck

Manual type VTZ chassis truck is the core component of indoor high-voltage switchgear. It is used to support the main body of the circuit breaker, realize flexible movement and precise positioning, and is widely used in power system maintenance, equipment maintenance and intelligent substation scenarios. It is used to install circuit breakers, transformers and other components in the withdrawable switchgear, push them in and out, and play an auxiliary role in the operation of connecting components to the busbar.

The following are its core features and functions:

1. Support the main body of the circuit breaker to ensure the stability of the equipment;

2. Realize the flexible movement of the circuit breaker in the cabinet by moving the wheel group;

3. Equipped with a precise positioning mechanism to ensure accurate docking between the circuit breaker and the busbar/contact.

4. The circuit breaker can only be closed when the chassis is in the test/isolation or working position. After the circuit breaker is closed, the chassis cannot be shaken in or out, thus preventing the disconnecting contact from being mistakenly closed under load;

5. When the chassis is in the working position or about 10mm away from the test/isolation position, the grounding switch cannot be closed to prevent the grounding switch from being mistakenly closed under power;

6. When the grounding switch is closed, the chassis cannot be moved from the test/isolation position to the working position to prevent the circuit breaker from being closed when the grounding switch is in the closed position;

7. After the chassis enters the cabinet, once it leaves the test/isolation position, it cannot be withdrawn from the cabinet.
